Winters, TX

Louise Morrison Cecil 85 of Winters [Runnels Co, TEXAS] died Tuesday April 15, 2014 at a local hospital. She was born September 26, 1928 to Joseph and Matilda (Kincaid) Morrison in Crews [Runnels Co], Texas and was raised there and graduated from Crews High School. She moved to Corpus Christi and later to California before returning to Winters. She was a health care provider and a member of Drasco Baptist Church.

She is survived by 3 sisters: Ouita Foster of Winters, Lavora Berger of Kerville and Loveta Campbell and husband Harold of Bangs. 3 nieces: Beverly Donica of Winters, Deloris Parks of Glen Cove and Sherri Sheppard of Houston. 1 nephew: Jon Marc Campbell of Houston. Numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: 1 son Jerry Morrison and 1 brother Connie Morrison.

Graveside service will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday April 17, 2014 at Crews Cemetery directed by Winters Funeral Home.
