Mr. Frank Armour 95 years of age, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the Coleman Healthcare Center in Coleman [Coleman Co, TEXAS]. Frank was born October 13, 1915 in Quitman, [Wood Co] Texas to James W. Armour and Alice Turman. He married Letha Clayton on December 6, 1933 in Ballinger, they celebrated 71 years of marriage. He was a farmer and worked in the oil field, but loved living the farmer life. Survivors include; special niece: Billie and husband Mac Cox of Novice, special nephew: James and wife Anno Richards of Abilene, special friends: Malinda and husband Charles Carter and his Church Family of Coleman, many other nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife; Letha, and parents; James and Alice. Visitation will be Monday, April 4, 2011 from 5:30 until 7:00 P. M. at Walker Funeral Home. Service will be Tuesday, April 5, 2011 in the Walker Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P. M. with Rev. Lyn Rice officiating. Interment to follow at Midway Cemetery in Goldsboro, Texas under the direction of Walker Funeral Home.
