Hello Patrons of Atoka Cemetery Association:

I hope all of you are having a blessed Spring. Our cemetery is in excellent condition, even with the absence of beneficial rain. We are always waiting on the next rain in Central Texas!

The property has been sprayed with a pre-emergent for grass burrs, and will get another application around June 1. Maintenance costs continue to be a constant and increasing expense. I ask for you to keep this in mind as you consider your donations!

Concrete benches were placed under the shelter last Fall. If you wish to purchase a bench for $250.00, a plaque will be attached on the seat showing "In Memory Of" a certain person or family. Let Sue Shields or I know if your family might participate.

Because of schedule conflicts, we will not have an annual meeting in Novice this year. Very few have been able to attend the past 2 or 3 years. I am available to speak to any questions or concerns regarding the Association. My cell No. (325) 365-0618

P. S. Please refrain from placing objects, other than flowers, on or around grave sites ? it makes it very difficult for the groundskeeper to mow and weed eat!
